CNWBZ on Shopify includes free app features (product reviews, media galleries, and the Source & Ship order handoff tools in the app admin). Installing the app does not create a Shopify App Billing charge for those features.
Source & Ship is an optional product sourcing and fulfillment service. When you use it, you ask CNWBZ to source products and ship them to your customers using the order shipping address and phone number shown in the app.
Charges related to sourcing goods, shipping, and related fulfillment services are not collected through Shopify App Pricing or the Shopify Billing API. They are invoiced separately under a service agreement for product sourcing and logistics (physical goods / fulfillment), which Shopify may treat under a Billing API exemption for App Store distribution.
The Shopify app itself remains free to install. You only incur Source & Ship service charges when you choose to use the sourcing and shipping service and agree to the applicable commercial terms.
Merchants who want pricing, a quote, or to register for Source & Ship should contact us.
Include your Shopify store domain (for example your-store.myshopify.com) and a brief
description of the products you need sourced.
